Terms & Cancellation Policies
Registrations & Payments must be received by the dates noted to take advantage of the special rates. Registration Deadline: May 5th, 2023. Registering by May 5th, 2023 ensures that you will have a name badge and registration materials available when you check in, and that your name will be included in the published “List of Attendees”. RDC reserves the right to correct any miscalculated totals / amounts. A cancellation fee of $200.00 applies until May 5th, 2023. Cancellations must be in writing and sent to RDC by mail, fax or email to victoria@rdcanada.ca. NO Refunds will be issued after May 5th, 2023. There is no charge for transferring registrations. RDC accepts no responsibility to ensure that you have ordered the CORRECT product or service.
*Residents of the USA are required to pay Harmonized Sales Tax (HST), but can apply for a reimbursement through Canada Revenue Agency.*

We only collect information that we need that is related to your order. This includes your: Billing Address, Email Address, Credit Card Information How Is My Information Used? Your information is only used to fill your order. We do not sell or redistribute your information to ANYONE. Payment Policy Accepted Methods of Payment Cheque Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express) Security and Storage Only your order data billing, shipping, and order contents data is stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server. We do not store your Credit Card data. Credit Card Charges Your credit card will be charged in Canadian dollars when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
